Joomla 1.7.3 Russian

Version of Joomla! 1.7.3 with localized demonstration materials and pre-Russian language dialogues. This distribution does not differ from the standard, except for pre-Russian Language Packs, demo materials in Russian, the language files TinyMCE and license text that is displayed during installation.

When installing this assembly, after the creation of the database, you can select the language of the demo data. The default is set to English (we did not change it, because it would've been an interference with the code of the system), but the user can choose from a list of sample data in Russian.
